Anxiety in Children

This workshop, aimed at caregivers, is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of childhood anxiety. The program covers the causes of anxiety and its impact on the brain, as well as practical strategies to manage symptoms in kids. Participants will learn about cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to address anxious thoughts and behaviors, and also explore methods for promoting positive mental health. The workshop is structured into 7 parts, ensuring a thorough and well-rounded education for caregivers.

Completing all 7 parts will grant the participant a certificate of completion. Please note that ConnectCare does not provide continued education credits for mental health professionals.
