Mindfulness for Children and Caregivers

The purpose of this workshop is to provide participants with an understanding of mindfulness, and how it can support mental health and well-being in children and adults. The workshop will highlight of some of the research supporting its use for mental, physical, social and emotional well-being and identify the benefits for caregivers and children.
