The purpose of this workshop is to provide an overview of ADHD diagnosis and treatment. Participants can expect to learn about ADHD as a developmental disorder that begins early in childhood, and participants will also learn about evidence-based approaches for treating ADHD. This workshop aims to provide participants with an understanding of what obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is, the ways in which OCD can present in children and youth, as well as explore the impact OCD can have on the daily functioning of children. Lastly, this workshop will provide participants with evidenced-based treatment approaches for treating OCD. At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

The purpose of this workshop is to challenge misconceptions, help people to recognize the symptoms of depression and to learn strategies for supporting children and youth who experience low mood.
