Mindfulness for Caregivers and Children

The purpose of this series is to help caregivers better understand mindfulness, including practical tools, scientific insights, and child-friendly strategies to help you integrate mindfulness into your daily lives.

Completing all 4 parts will grant the participant a certificate of completion. Please note that ConnectCare does not provide continued education credits for mental health professionals.
